LancCounty.com is now LancasterOnline.com Community!

For Visitors:

You should change your bookmarks and point them to http://community.lancasteronline.com, this is where all community sites will be located. Make sure you check the directory on the right side of the homepage to find the group you are interested in.

For Administrators:

All community administrator were contacted via email on March 1st, 2006. If you didn't get this email you probably didn't keep your email address updated on lanccounty.com. However, on March 10th, 2006 we started redirecting visitors from the homepage on lanccounty.com to the new site at community.lancasteronline.com. The front page explained the situation and gave a link to the email in case you didn't receive a copy of it. The new front page also explained the process of signing up for the new site and moving your site.

On May 23rd, 2006 we put the following notice at the top of all old community websites:

On June 30th, 2006 the old community websites were taken down. Groups were given 4 months of notice to take action.

If you were not aware of the changes and have not checked your website or your email for the 4 month period during which this change has happened you have one last option to retrieve your old pages. You may visit this page and download your old site in a zipped format.

We are not offering any support to users who download their site in a zip file. You must be able to unzip the file and open the pages in a web browser in order to do anything meaningful with the information. All of your images will also be in the zip file, but none of your calendar entries. You are solely responsible for working with the files contained in the zip file!
